Synkronice is a trading name and trade mark of Phoenix International Network Ltd, a UK registered company. Phoenix also trades under the name Spinglo (registered trade mark).
The company registered office is at 7th Floor, 52-54 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0EH. This is the office of our accountants, company secretary, and Mike Conroy who is a Phoenix Director.
The company was incorporated in September 2009.
Activities
Synkronice is a Multi Level Marketing company. Spinglo is a network of customers who are initially recruited by Synkronice distributors to become potential users on a range of products. Synkronice distributors are paid commissions based on product sales.
The company offers individuals the opportunity to build an online sales business through leveraging social networks.

Delivery of an IT project to maximize the university’s fund raising potential. This included a direct link up for their overseas offices (NY, Japan and Korea), IT training programs, & a report on an IT strategy to encompass all University activities, linking to together Colleges & University, and providing a ‘cradle to grave’ system for data management.
Mr. John Davis, a UK Solicitor Advocate
John Davis, a Practising Solicitor for 27 years, has a wide experience in civil, commercial and criminal litigation, including building arbitration, family and tribunal work.
He was one of the first Solicitors to be granted exemption to become a Higher Court Advocate, giving him the same status as a Barrister in all of the higher Court and Criminal Divisions, including the Court of Appeal, in which he has appeared regularly and the House of Lords.
He is also the only Solicitor to receive a coveted “Red Bag” awarded by Queens Counsel for distinguishing himself whilst in a major fraud Trial. This required the consent of the then Lord Chancellor and the Chairman of the Bar Council.
